My role: Digital Marketer

The Project: For this contract, Rohit, the CEO wanted me to work on a marketing strategy to help boost the number of clients he got from his social media and website. I also ventured into other aspects such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Keyword Research where you can find my process here.

Obstacles: The website had a hacking attempt which caused Arcadia’s website to lose a majority of its content and cause the website to lag.

Method to achieve goal: I started with a thorough analysis of the social media platforms and website. The website was originally on Wordpress. But due to it being laggy and having no backup, we as a team decided to switch it to Squarespace.

What I learned: I should always ensure that the plugin for backing up content is up and running and use a limit login plugin to ensure there is only a certain number of attempts a person can do to try and login into ones website before blocking them from doing so.
